Management and monitoring of budgets on the following tasks:
Support for events organized by the agency (press conferences, tastings, press trips, etc.)
Monitoring all requests from journalists,
Animation of social networks,
Responsible for keeping the Press-Book,
Writing press releases and recommendations,
Responsible for updating the journalist files (CRM)
Track customer requests.
Contact with journalists.

3/4 years minimum experience, in an agency in the same sector
(MANDATORY): autonomous, dynamic, fast, rigorous, curious, organized, highly ordered, cheerful, with a good telephone manner, the taste for the art of living, news and information, available to work occasional weekends and evenings, passionate about the world of wine and gastronomy.
-Knowledge of the world of wine and gastronomy, which means know the journalists of the sector.
You will have perfect control and enjoy working on computer software Word, Excel and Power Point and have a real mastery of social networks (Facebook, Twitter, etc …)
- Excellent telephone contact,
-Very pronounced taste for the art of living,
-Excellent general knowledge, – Level: Bac +4 minimum. - University of Trade or training.
